1. The Problem
In line with our strategy to repurpose and revitalise underutilised spaces, Soterion obtained planning permission for the development of five new office and light industrial units in Aldridge. The site, previously serving as a storage yard and car park, presented an opportunity for transformation due to underutilisation.
