Lara is an experienced director with a wide knowledge of business administration, finance, information systems, and logistics. Lara is highly skilled in managing and motivating teams for a co-ordinated approach to projects.
 

Lara holds qualifications from Aston Business School, Aston University and University of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Lara co-founded The Dunton Group of Companies (Dunton Environmental & Dunton Technologies), now part of the Vinci Group.
 

Lara previously sat on the UK & Ireland Board of Quantity Surveyors International (QSI) and won the Inside Out 2022 Executive Sponsor Award for driving positive change and creating a mentally healthy working environment during her tenure as a director for the Dunton Group of companies.
 

When not working, Lara loves spending time with family, working with charities and travelling.

Neil is an experienced business leader with vast experience in the land, construction, waste and energy sectors.
 

Neil holds qualifications from Said Business School, University of Oxford, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, Aston Business School, Aston University and University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and, he co-founded The Dunton Group of Companies (Dunton Environmental & Dunton Technologies), now part of the Vinci Group.
 

Neil has experience in complex land regeneration projects and is a recognised expert in regeneration and land restoration by finding innovative approaches.
 

When not working, Neil loves spending time with family, playing golf and following Aston Villa Football Club.

Nelson is a qualified Civil and Environmental engineer and sits on the Board for the Dunton Group of Companies (Dunton Environmental & Dunton Technologies) as Group Development Director. Prior to joining Soterion, Nelson worked as Strategic Partnerships Director for Wates Construction, sitting on the south board and leading strategy development and implementation. Nelson is currently reading his Executive MBA at Aston Business School.

When not working, Nelson loves spending time with family, mentoring and training young people, and following Liverpool Football Club.

Chris is a seasoned director and architect with a wealth of experience in strategy development and implementation, planning matters, regeneration and strategic developments. Chris has had a career spanning several decades culminating in being a partner and director in one of the largest independent studio’s in the United Kingdom.

Chris has served as an expert witness for construction-related disputes, showcasing his in-depth knowledge and credibility in the field and he is actively involved in mentoring senior managers across the industry, providing guidance and leveraging his extensive industry knowledge to foster professional growth.
